Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the ProtectAid Solutions online shop. By placing an order, you accept these GTC.

§ 2 Contracting parties
The purchase contract is concluded with ProtectAid Solutions, [your business address], [postal code, city], Switzerland / Liechtenstein.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order.

2. Your order is a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email. The contract is only concluded when we accept the order by a second email (order confirmation or shipping confirmation).

§ 4 Prices and payment conditions

1. All prices are final prices and include VAT.

2. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address and order quantity.

3. Payment is made in advance or using the payment methods specified during the ordering process. The purchase price is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

§ 5 Delivery and shipping

1. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment within the delivery time specified in the ordering process.

2. If an item is not available, you will be informed. Any payments already made will be refunded.

3. The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. The delivery time within Switzerland or Liechtenstein is usually [X] working days.

§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Return and right of withdrawal

1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

2. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods delivered do not correspond to your order or are defective.

3. The goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. After receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

§ 8 Liability for defects

1. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, the statutory provisions apply.

2. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.

§ 9 Liability
ProtectAid Solutions is only liable for damages in the event of intent or gross negligence. We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated.

§ 10 Data protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Switzerland / Liechtenstein. You can find details in our privacy policy.

§ 11 Applicable law
The law of Switzerland/Liechtenstein applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

§ 12 Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
